PLAYING W/ FIRE

Is it worth playing w/ fire when you have everything to lose? What if what you have to gain seems dearest to you? What if you end up alone? ignored? devastated? But then again u tell yourself this is your only chance. This is the only life you'll get to live, why not live it to the fullest? Why sacrifice yourself for others who have betrayed you? Why live w/ the pain that slowly chokes and suffocates you? The what ifs will haunt you for life. Will you be able to deal with that? I don't want to guess, I want to know. I want to live it, I want to feel it. Even if at the end it's not what I really wanted, I'll have memories to hold on to. Am I being selfish? Life wouldn't be so complicated with these freaking dilemas. The only thing left to say is: It's never too late to do what you want to do, only death can stop you. But, do you have the guts?
